The Europrotocol application is a mobile platform designed for the convenient and efficient online documentation of traffic accidents without the need for police or insurance agents. This application streamlines the process of filing an insurance claim, making it accessible to all citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan as well as non-residents.

To initiate the claims process, users must follow these steps:

1. Download the mobile application: Users must install the app on their mobile devices.
2. Complete registration: It is important for residents of Kazakhstan to have a registered phone number in the MGI (Mobile Citizens Database) for successful registration.
3. Undergo a questionnaire phase: Users fill out a questionnaire that includes various questions essential for verifying eligibility to use the Europrotocol service. This step ensures that the traffic accident meets the criteria for this application.
4. Photograph vehicles and the accident scene: To document the condition of vehicles involved in the accident, users are required to take photos from multiple angles, which they can attach to their claim.
5. Sign the application with cloud-based digital signature: The application offers a feature to create a cloud-based digital signature using biometric authentication, thereby ensuring security and authenticity.
6. Online registration of the claim: Due to integration with the State Electronic Database of Kazakhstan, claim registration time can be completed within 30 minutes in accordance with Kazakhstani traffic accident legislation.

Important: It is advised not to leave the accident scene until a registration number has been obtained. Failure to do so could result in the claim not being processed by the insurance company.
